Meet Highlights - Good News for All Groups!
On Sunday April 15th, a small group of Swim School swimmers joined Coach Lenny in Deep River for some great racing and delicious Sundaes, our Competitive group continued to post personal bests at the recent GO meet, and ROCS Pentathlete Melanie McCann, who travelled with Coach John to Budapest turned in her best ever World Cup performance. It’s been an exciting few weeks for ROCS athletes and coaches!

Club Milestone Congrats!
On Saturday April 14th, ROC Swimming hosted its first-ever Swimming Canada sanctioned event! A long-course time-trail, with Goulbourn, Deep River and one swimmer from Pointe Claire participating – coaches, Claudia, Nico and Graham were happy to see so many good swims! A club effort, it was a very successful milestone for ROCS, with thanks going to many, especially the meet organizing committee!

Olympic Trials -Excitement, Pride & Appreciation!
Saturday morning the bus was packed with an excited group of ROCS competitive swimmers for this highly anticipated event; along with Varsity Athletes, Tri and Pent athletes, friends, parents and coaches – all set to enjoy a day at the Olympic Trials, watching the countries best compete, and cheering on our competitor – Matt Hawes!

ROCS is a privately run club, centrally located at the beautiful Carleton University pool. The owners and head coaches are world class – they know about swimming excellence as competitors on the national and international scene, and they know about teaching/coaching from their years of experience in developing programs and by training swimmers. Best of all – they love what they do!

As of Fall 2010, this team of experts will head-up our program:
